I’ve never understood one premise of either this story arc or the original Rumplestiltskin fable:
How is this little guy intimidating everyone around him into doing what he demands? How scary is a three foot dork, really?
“Mwahaha! And now you shall be my wife forever!”
“ha. ha. ha. How about I pull your damned ears off, you little twerp?”
“W-wait! Stay back! I have magic!”
“And I have this brick, which I’m betting is less soft than your head? Care to gamble on that?”
“Curses! Foiled again by simple violence, and the fact that everyone who isn’t a child is bigger than meeeee!
